1. Service

Nexiolink (operated by Reach Solutions FZE LLC) is an eSIM reseller. We provide data connectivity plans via eSIM QR codes, sourced from our network partners. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices. To check compatibility, go to Settings → Cellular (iPhone) or Settings → Network (Android) and look for an "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan" option.

3. eSIM delivery

After payment is confirmed, your QR code will be delivered to your email address within minutes. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder and contact support@nexiolink.com with your order details.

4. Non-refundable policy

eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered to your email. This is because the eSIM is a digital product that is immediately available for activation. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

5. Data and validity

Data allowances and validity periods are as described at the time of purchase. Validity begins from the date of first use (first data session), not the purchase date. Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires.

6. Coverage

Network coverage and speeds are provided by the underlying carrier and may vary by location. We do not guarantee coverage in any specific area. Coverage maps are indicative only and subject to change by the carrier.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our eSIMs for: commercial resale, activities that violate the terms of the underlying carrier, illegal activities, or any purpose that disrupts the network. Misuse may result in eSIM deactivation without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

Nexiolink is not liable for: network outages or coverage limitations by underlying carriers, device incompatibility, delays in email delivery caused by third-party mail services, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
