1. Service

Nexiolink (operated by Reach Solutions FZE LLC) is an eSIM reseller. We provide data connectivity plans via eSIM QR codes, powered by the Airalo reseller network. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices.

3. eSIM delivery

After payment is confirmed, your QR code will be delivered to your email address within minutes. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder and contact support@nexiolink.com.

4. Non-refundable policy

eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code has been revealed or delivered to your email. This is because the eSIM is a digital product that is immediately activated upon QR display. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

5. Data and validity

Data and validity periods are as described at the time of purchase. Unused data does not roll over after the validity period. We display data in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB) as provided by the underlying carrier.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our eSIMs for: commercial resale, tethering on plans that prohibit it, illegal activities, or activity that violates the policies of the underlying carrier. Misuse may result in eSIM deactivation without refund.

7. Limitation of liability

Nexiolink is not liable for: network outages or coverage limitations by underlying carriers, device incompatibility, delays in email delivery caused by third-party mail services, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
